• We help you determine your player’s skills
• We work with you on the latest techniques moves and plays
• We help you teach your team these techniques.

For the team:

• We will assist you throughout your team's practice.
• We develop a plan and work with you to properly execute each skill.

Our staff of professional Lacrosse players know all the latest drills and techniques and have the experience to help you develop your student athlete's skills.

Evaluation:

• We take the time to properly determine a player's strengths and weaknesses.

Drills are an effective tool to teach skills but the fact is they are boring to kids.

Training Tips:
We provide training equipment for the drills

• We give you and your team training tips for each phase of training.
• We’ll give you effective and fun list of drills to use with your team.

Game Situations

• We work with you and the team in a scrimmage to ensure that each player understands their position and game strategy.

Our 90 minute personalized session is only $300.00 and we offer our sessions at a location of your choice (indoor or out).
